Horsley Preschool is truly "Outstanding" - Ofsted Inspection
On a Monday morning at the end of April 2015, Horsley Playgroup had an unannounced Ofsted inspection at the village hall. It was very, very pleasing as it went very well indeed, securing an outstanding grade in all three categories of inspection. These are meeting the needs of the range of children that attend the playgroup, the contribution to the well-being of the children, and the leadership and management.
These outstanding outcomes reflect the care, concern and continued hard work and reflective practice of the whole staff team, led by Mags the play leader and operations manager, the parent committee, and the support and partnership with the parents & carers, to make the playgroup a very, very special place for young children.

We are absolutely delighted at this wonderful result - our village hall ‘packaway’ playgroup now joins our preschool session that we hold in the school in being judged at the highest possible ‘outstanding’ category! Superb!
